2012 Honor Roll Camp Payment Policy
Beginning with our 2012 Honor Roll Camps, you will be able to reserve your spot in one of the 2012 Honor Roll Camps for a 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, but will reserve your place in the selected event. All five 2011 Honor Roll Camps sold out, and we expect the same in 2012.
All families who register prior to April 15, 2012 will have the option to reserve their spot for a non-refundable 50% charge of the Camp tuition. The remaining 50% balance will be charged to your submitted form of payment on April 15, 2012, unless we are informed before that date that your ballplayer will not be attending.
All families who register on or after April 15, 2012 will be asked to pay the full tuition for their selected program. All fees are non-refundable in all circumstances. Our rules and policies related to credits/transfers are below.
Headfirst Honor Roll Camp Transfer/Credit Policies
- Transfer requests must be submitted online via your Headfirst account by clicking here
- All transfer requests must be submitted thirty (30) days prior to the earliest of the two Camps involved in the transfer
- Neither Camp involved in a transfer request may be sold out at the time the transfer request is submitted
- Transfers can only be redeemed by the original purchaser, and must be redeemed within the same calendar year as the original program purchased
- Any price differences between Camps will be reconciled at the time a valid transfer request is executed
- Headfirst does not offer refunds under any circumstances
